After I applied, my first conversation was basically HR-focused. We went through the usual groundwork about who I was, what I wanted to do, and what drew me to Orange. They asked about their values and my motivations, and they also got into practical details like salary expectations and when I could start. A big part of that call was the “fit” questions—things like where I saw myself in the longer term and why I’d be a good match rather than “anyone else.”
What stood out to me was how clearly the discussion stayed on motivation and logistics rather than deep technical stuff. The tone felt straightforward and professional, and it left me knowing what they were trying to confirm before moving forward. Overall, it felt like a calm first step that was mainly about alignment and availability.

Average Neutral Egypt
The interview itself didn’t feel especially different from other interviews I’d done—just normal and straightforward. The one thing that got to me was the waiting before the meeting started, which felt a bit boring and made the whole start of the process slower than it needed to be.
I still went through with the meeting and the overall experience stayed fairly neutral. I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I have is that the logistics and timing made the experience feel less polished than the content.
