Average Positive Issy-les-Moulineaux

I went through a more comprehensive end-to-end process that felt very “process-driven” from the start. First there was a phone call with someone from HR or a recruiting manager where we discussed my experience and motivations, and the point was to see whether I fit enough to move to an in-person discussion.

After that, I had an in-person interview with the relevant department lead and potentially other team members, depending on scheduling. I also encountered the possibility of an additional skills evaluation stage, where Orange could ask for a competency test or a trial session to assess how I would actually perform. Eventually, they reviewed everything they gathered and made the hiring decision, and once the decision was positive, the discussions shifted into salary/benefits and then contract signing.
