Average Positive Dublin, Dublin

After applying, I got an interview call and started with a recruiter screen. The screening itself felt fairly average—about an hour long—and it was mostly a couple of questions rather than a full technical gauntlet. If I cleared that stage, I moved into a full loop setup.

The loop was where the pace picked up. I ended up doing a back-to-back run with multiple interviewers over about two days, and it was a mix of behavioral, technical, and some system-design-style discussion. Across the loop, the questions were in the same ballpark as what you’d expect from a top tech company: not trivial, but not surreal either. I remember the atmosphere being comfortable in a lot of the sessions—people seemed engaged and willing to talk through my reasoning.
