The process was laid out as an online assessment followed by multiple technical rounds. The assessment covered a broad set of topics, including aptitude and English, plus fundamentals in OOPs and core database and systems areas like DBMS, operating systems, and computer networks. It also included basics of DSA, so it wasn’t just testing one narrow skill.
After that, I moved into technical interviews that focused on Java and SQL, along with questions tied back to my projects. They asked about SDLC concepts, debugging and testing, and some logical reasoning. The experience felt challenging in a focused, methodical way—more about whether I could apply fundamentals than whether I could guess at tricks.

Average Positive Austin, TX
My journey started with an assessment, and then the process quickly moved into on-site style steps. I ended up doing an in-person interview and also a mock demonstration in a small group. Before any technical depth, there were moments where they wanted to see how I presented myself and how I behaved in a group setting, and those parts actually felt surprisingly important. After that, I had follow-up conversations with people already working in solution consulting, which gave the process a real-world feel instead of being only interview-room questions.
The later rounds still tested fundamentals. Across the technical parts, they drilled into OOPs and Java, plus SQL and coding logic. Projects came up a lot—especially getting into what I built, the implementation details, and how I debugged or explained fixes. Some interviews also involved live coding or timed DSA-style challenges, along with concept MCQs and questions around system understanding.
