Average Positive Richmond, BC

My process started with an online assessment, and then I had a single interview with two interviewers. The interview was mostly general behavioral questions, but they also spent time discussing my previous experience and the projects I’d worked on.

What stood out was the tone: it felt relaxed, friendly, and pretty easygoing. It didn’t feel like I was being tested for niche knowledge so much as getting a sense of my background and how I talk about my work.

Difficult Negative Pune

I went through a walk-in drive where I completed two technical interviews, each lasting roughly 1 to 1.5 hours. Both technical sessions went well and the content felt solid.

The frustrating part came from the communication. After the interviews, an HR representative told me I’d been selected and said the hiring HR would contact me with next steps. But shortly after I started heading home, I got a call back from the same HR person saying my profile was put on hold. Over the next 3–4 days, I kept following up, and eventually the hiring HR told me I hadn’t been selected.
