Difficult Neutral Noida

I was scheduled for a campus placement drive for an Optimus Information–branded process, and the pipeline was laid out in the job description before I even sat for anything. It followed a pretty clear sequence: aptitude test first, then a written test, then an HR interview, followed by a technical interview, and finally a final round at the company office.

I hadn’t gotten through the whole loop yet when I wrote my note, so I only knew what the structure would be and how many stages were coming. The difficulty label I had at the time was on the tougher side, and the fact that it included both office-based final stages made it feel more high-stakes than a short screening.

Average Negative India

I was pulled into a campus drive where everyone who registered reported to the Noida office together. The day started with an OA round for about 100 students, with 20 aptitude questions and 2 DSA questions.

The OA felt rough right away because my submission hit an error on their side, so I had to redo the OA. Even after that, what stood out most was how the selection seemed to lean heavily on the DSA portion. It felt like the aptitude section didn’t end up carrying the weight I expected, and that mismatch made the process frustrating.
