Difficult Negative India

My interview experience felt genuinely unstructured and a bit haphazard. I didn’t get a clear sense of what they were hiring for, and the questions that came up felt generic instead of tightly aligned to a specific role scope. It also didn’t feel like there was a consistent logic to the process—one interviewer seemed to expect me to be an expert across multiple areas, which didn’t feel realistic for any single engineer.

As the conversation unfolded, I kept trying to understand what the underlying rubric was supposed to be, because the questioning didn’t connect in a way that made the evaluation feel coherent. The difficulty level came across as difficult not because the topics were impossible, but because the demands felt scattered. I didn’t receive an offer, and I walked away feeling like the process itself was the biggest problem.

Average Neutral France

After I completed the interview stages, the process didn’t end in a clean way. I kept waiting for feedback and a decision, and despite multiple follow-ups, I didn’t get a definitive answer. Eventually I was left with what felt like a holding pattern—no clear rejection, no next step—just radio silence.

Communication was inconsistent in a way that really lowered my confidence. At one point, I only received a message asking me to evaluate my experience with the recruiting process, but I never got the actual feedback or closure that would have explained what happened. The team seemed friendly on the surface, but the follow-through was missing. My experience dragged longer than it needed to, and it felt like my questions weren’t valued once the process moved past the initial conversations.
