Easy Positive Amsterdam

I ended up going through a longer, multi-round process that stretched roughly two to three months, with interviews spaced out over time. The structure was mostly familiar: a mix of business case work and fit interviews, with more than one business case included.

In my case flow, I handled two case-style questions and also did fit interviews as part of the same overall arc. One of the business cases was noticeably tougher than the others, which made the round feel less “template-y” and more about adapting my approach under pressure. Even with that harder moment, the overall tone stayed manageable—nothing about it felt chaotic, and the interviewers seemed to keep things moving.

Easy Negative New York, NY

My process started with an early screening call with a recruiter where I was asked directly about my willingness to work in person in the New York office, since that was required for the role. After I confirmed that, I moved into three further rounds of interviewing.

By the time I got through the third round, I was told the next step would be an interview with a CXO-level leader. I shared my availability for that week, but then I was told the interviewer’s calendar was complicated and I’d hear back once dates became available. After almost three weeks with no concrete scheduling updates, I was suddenly emailed that the role had been shifted to London and that someone else had already been hired.
