The process felt refreshingly fast. After an initial recruiter conversation, I had two rounds total with managers, all virtual, and the whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. The managers were responsive and easy to coordinate with, which made the schedule stress-free.
In each interview, the conversation leaned heavily on my background and motivation—why I wanted to work there came up more than once, and it was clearly an important thread they wanted me to articulate consistently. The questions were open-ended enough that I had room to add context about my experience and how I thought about the role. I never felt like the interviews were trying to trip me up; they were more about understanding how I’d show up and what I cared about.

Average Negative United States
My process started normally enough, but the overall experience soured around communication and engagement. I went through recruiter screening and then moved into a hiring manager conversation, but the vibe shifted quickly—there were moments where the interviewer seemed unprepared, emotionally off, or even actively resistant, and the questions didn’t feel like they were grounded in what they actually wanted.
After that, the follow-through became the biggest problem. I was told I’d move forward and then I didn’t hear anything back for weeks, even when I followed up. In one stage the process felt inconsistent with what was promised, and later it turned into silence instead of clear next steps. I also experienced postponements and delays that were frustrating because I was balancing it with being in another role.
