My experience felt poorly managed from the start. The interviewer postponed the interview right before it was supposed to begin, and then they never reached out to reschedule.

When I contacted them to try to fix it, they didn’t respond. During the interview itself—when it finally happened—the interviewer came across as cold and not very welcoming, which made it even harder to stay comfortable.
