The process kicked off with a focused HTML tags validator assessment. The challenge was straightforward in concept: I had to check whether an HTML snippet was valid, and it was structured so that one wrong tag or an invalid structure would make it fail.

After that, HR interviews were short and friendly—one recruiter chat to discuss my interest and experience, and then a second quick HR conversation with a different person. The vibe wasn’t tense at all; I just talked normally about my motivation for coding and what I liked doing day to day, and there was even some light humor during the conversations.
