After applying, I went through three rounds that felt fairly structured: a behavioral HR screen, then a round where I had to get familiar with their software, and finally another round where I had to showcase those skills through different UI points. The way they broke it down made it clear they wanted both how I think and whether I could follow their workflow inside the product.
The process itself ended up being a bit of a whirlwind. I first had a recruiter call, then a video call, and then a final interview that was on-site. In both of the video/final stages, the interviewer pushed me to work through exercises tied to company workflow, not just talk about it. Even though I made it through the final stage, I heard a couple of days later that they’d paused hiring for the role, so there wasn’t any offer—just a bummer after all the effort.

Easy Neutral Australia
My interview felt pretty straightforward and not overly complex. It started with a quick introduction, moved into behavioral questions where I answered using the STAR style, and then ended with a few technical questions specific to the role. The whole thing gave me a “good pace” feeling—nothing felt like it was trying to trick me, just test whether I could clearly explain my thinking.
In another stretch of the process, the early steps matched that same tone of clarity. I had an initial call where they talked through the role and motivation, then there was a second stage that included exercises connected to their workflow depending on the function. Communication felt friendly and professional, and the vibe was informal but still structured.
