My process was very streamlined. I had two phone screenings and then a face-to-face panel. Even though it wasn’t a short conversation, the overall timeline felt efficient and organized.

After those interviews, I ended up being hired and given a start date about two weeks later. The onboarding itself was extremely thorough—orientation lasted about a week and covered a lot in a structured way.

The process started with the recruiter reaching out after I applied, and I went through multiple phone screens. I had one screen and then was asked to do a second one as well, both with the recruiter. After that, I moved on to an on-site style sequence where I met the team in person.

At the onsite stage, I experienced a structured panel interview with three senior people from the group. The questions leaned toward systems administration—Windows servers and virtualization platforms like VMware—and the difficulty climbed as the conversation went on. I was also asked to handle a language component during the overall loop, where the discussion included English.
