My interview honestly felt less like a structured evaluation and more like a sales pitch. The conversation leaned heavily into the company’s story and how they’re different, and I remember noticing that I wasn’t getting much of a chance to really explore my own experience. A lot of it turned into personal questions—stuff about my life and my connections—paired with the sense that they were really trying to figure out who I knew.
The topics kept circling back to my network and who I could reach out to, and even when they asked standard interview questions, it still felt like the main goal was to learn what prospects I could generate. I left thinking the whole thing was almost too easy and very light on anything technical, more like a rehearsal for consultations and reaching out than a skills-based interview.

Easy Neutral United States
Because I wasn’t in the location yet, my interviews all happened online. The process was described as a few formal interviews—about three or four—followed by a walkthrough of what the role responsibilities would involve. Even though it was online, it still felt organized.
Across the conversations, I appreciated that they went through the responsibilities clearly rather than keeping things vague. It wasn’t a situation where I felt like I was being tested on hard technical material; it was more about making sure I understood what I’d actually be doing.

This approach aims to assess cultural fit and motivation, making the conversation feel more casual and less pressured.
Candidates are informed about the role's sales expectations, including cold calling and the lack of provided leads, which can significantly influence their perception of the job. Concerns Over Homework Assignments
Some candidates reported negative experiences related to homework assignments that felt exploitative, particularly when personal contacts were involved. This aspect raised concerns about the company's practices and the expectations placed on candidates.
While many candidates found the interview process straightforward and manageable, several chose not to proceed due to concerns about the role's nature, such as its MLM-like structure or the emphasis on leveraging personal networks. This indicates a disconnect between candidate expectations and the company's model.
