Average Positive Athens, Athens, Attica

My process started with an online test that leaned on both automation and networking knowledge. The coding part involved writing code in Selenium, and the rest of the test included multiple-choice questions covering networks and Linux command concepts.

After I finished that, the interview moved into a mix of context and fit—why I wanted to work at Nokia, what I could contribute, and a rundown of my past experience. The technical thread stayed fairly approachable: questions stayed in the networking/computer science lane and included Python-focused questions too. The hardest moment for me wasn’t really the interviews themselves—it was the two-part Selenium assessment where I had to write Python to extract information from two websites. Timing and getting the logic right under that constraint threw me off more than the regular discussion rounds. I left feeling like I understood what they were checking, even though that Selenium exercise was the real stress point.

Easy Positive Ottawa

The process felt unusually smooth from the start. I didn’t run into any behavioral-style questions at all, and the whole conversation stayed focused on fundamentals. The technical part came with a handful of straightforward questions tied to networking and general computer science concepts, and I remember discussing things like CCPI, TCP, and IP.

What surprised me most was how fast everything moved—responses came back extremely quickly, which made the steps feel pretty low-stress. The interviewers were kind and kept the tone approachable, even when I had to think through definitions and basic how-it-works questions.
