My process started with an assessment-style day that mixed collaboration with individual evaluation. I did two collaborative tasks as part of the center, and the whole point felt geared toward how well I could communicate and work with others under time pressure. After that group portion, I moved into individual interviews where the focus broadened to communication, problem solving, and role-specific competencies.
In those later conversations, they also probed for teamwork, adaptability, leadership potential, and analytical thinking under pressure. It surprised me how much emphasis there was on mental agility rather than only on technical depth. The day had the feel of a structured evaluation of both how I’d operate with people and how I’d handle harder moments alone, and I ultimately didn’t receive an offer.

Difficult Positive Jiutepec
My process lasted close to a month and felt very segmented across different stages. The first meeting was with HR, where the conversation stayed broad—generalities and soft-skill style questions. After that, I moved into a department-focused discussion tied to the work context (including production), and that portion felt more specific and demanding.
The final step was unusual compared to what I expected: a medical validation stage, separate from the technical and HR conversations. I also remember that English handling varied across the flow—one interview used STAR-style questions (situation, task, action, result), which shaped how I answered the behavioral prompts. Overall it was difficult, and even though each stage had its own purpose, the length and the separate department and medical steps made it feel like a longer, higher-friction journey than I wanted.
