After applying, I went through a fairly structured three-round flow: first an online aptitude test, then an HR interview, and finally an interview with a senior person. The early stage felt like a standard filter, but once I got to the HR and senior rounds, it became more clearly about how I thought and how I handled uncertainty.
In the later interviews, I was asked a mix of intro and valuation-style questions. Salary expectation came up, and I also had to do guesstimates, alongside getting into my background and motivations. Overall it felt difficult going in, and I remember leaving with the sense that I’d covered the kinds of questions they were targeting, but I didn’t end up getting an offer.

Easy Negative United Kingdom
My process felt messy from the start. I had two interviews—one with HR and another with a team leader—and while those conversations went smoothly, the way the later steps were handled really stuck with me.
The next stage required a three-part task they asked me to complete over Christmas, with the work assessed in a final interview. I spent hours on it, sent everything as requested, and then the HR contact didn’t respond for about a week even though my submission email included my attached work. When I finally got a reply, it was basically a promise to follow up “tomorrow,” and then I heard nothing else until I received an automated rejection message with no feedback.
