What is a Solutions Architect at NiCE?
At NiCE, a Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex enterprise IT environments and advanced monitoring solutions. You will be responsible for designing, presenting, and implementing sophisticated integration architectures that allow global enterprise clients to achieve deep visibility into their critical applications, databases, and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Your work directly impacts how large organizations safeguard their operational uptime, optimize performance, and leverage telemetry data for strategic decision-making.
This role is highly collaborative and technically demanding. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and senior enterprise stakeholders to customize and deploy NiCE monitoring solutions—such as Management Packs for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and integrations for modern cloud observability platforms. The systems you design must be highly scalable, secure, and capable of processing massive volumes of metrics and logs under strict performance constraints.
For a professional who thrives on solving intricate infrastructure puzzles, this position offers an exceptional mix of deep technical execution and high-level strategic influence. You are not just deploying software; you are architecting the foundational monitoring frameworks that some of the world's largest enterprises rely on daily.
