After I applied online, I went straight into a very short introductory chat. I remember it felt more like a kickoff than real screening, and I was told it would be followed by two coding rounds over roughly two weeks. What threw me off was how little detail I got about what the coding rounds would look like, so I didn’t get much of a heads-up before I had to jump into them.
In my earlier stage interview, I had a more standard screening feel: they asked a lot of background questions, went over job details, and it was relatively easy to answer. The more technical side started to show up in later discussions where the format leaned toward a technical conversation covering basics—things like coding fundamentals and even computer graphics concepts—while also touching on motivation and fit.

I was asked to think through approaches and explain as I went, and the day-to-day experience of the interviewers was consistently supportive. Even when the process stretched out, the interviews themselves didn’t feel adversarial—more like people trying to understand how I reasoned.
