My interview experience didn’t start off well at all. It began abruptly without introductions, and instead of easing into the conversation, I was dropped straight into a complex whiteboard coding question that wasn’t explained much. I tried to ask for clarification, but it felt like I was met with long, uncomfortable silences, and my questions didn’t really get addressed.

As the session went on, it felt like both interviewers were distracted, and there wasn’t the normal back-and-forth you’d expect when you’re trying to reason through something together. The vibe left me questioning whether the problem was my performance or whether the interviewers simply weren’t communicating clearly or engaging.
