Easy Positive United States

I met engineers through a college career fair and got an invite to interview the very next day. After that initial step, HR reached back out to schedule two additional conversations, and the overall pace felt quick once I got in front of them.

The first extra round was a shorter discussion, about thirty minutes, with regional managers. The second was an hour with the actual team. The vibe was mostly behavioral and clarification on work I’d already done—how I handled situations, what I built or contributed, and how I approached problems in practice. What surprised me was how strongly they emphasized being someone they could rely on to learn and teach—basically looking for engineers who were willing to grow while also supporting others.

Average Positive Pensacola, FL

My interviewing journey started in person with local engineers, and then it transitioned into a series of online rounds. I would’ve preferred more in-person time, but the part that stuck with me was how pleasant everyone was across the process.

Each conversation centered on normal back-and-forth about my background and how I worked, and the difficulty level felt manageable rather than intense or overly technical. Even when the format shifted online, the tone stayed relaxed, and I didn’t feel like there were any gotchas.

Initial Screening Formats

Some candidates encountered unique initial screening formats, such as self-recorded video responses, which can add pressure due to the lack of real-time interaction. This format requires candidates to prepare thoroughly to make a strong impression in a single attempt.
