My process took about a month overall, and it followed a pretty standard escalation: a recruiter phone screen, then an interview with the manager, then a take-home coding challenge, and then panel interviews that totaled a few hours. I ended up speaking to multiple people across the loop—enough to feel like they were checking consistency across different interviewers.
The take-home coding assignment and the subsequent panel stage felt manageable, and the overall experience was described as “good” by the way things were handled. The recruiting team was generally quick to respond to questions unless I asked for application status, which slowed down communication. I also got a sense that the technical areas they cared about included things like OOP principles, design patterns, and general problem solving.

After that came a technical assessment, followed by conversations with potential teammates and a panel presentation with a demo. What surprised me was that I wasn’t just interviewing for one spot—I ended up going through the whole hiring manager → technical assessment → teammate/panel-style flow twice because it was for two different teams back-to-back, essentially repeating the later stages with a separate team.
The overall timeline took more than eight weeks, but because I was essentially running two near-parallel interview tracks sequentially, it felt like each track was about a month on its own. The technical assessments were similar in theme but not identical, and they seemed aligned with what the job would actually require day to day.
