I went through an interview process that felt unusually organized from the start. After an initial screening call, I got timely updates at each stage, and both the HR contact and the hiring manager came across as approachable and professional. It gave me confidence that my time was being respected.
My journey then moved through multiple conversations with different leaders. I met the recruiter first, followed by the hiring manager, and later I spoke with another manager from a different department. From there I did a pitch, had time with a VP, and ultimately received an offer. The process wasn’t short—there were quite a few rounds—but meeting all the people helped me understand how they thought about the market and the opportunity. I never had to chase for status because I was consistently kept in the loop.

Easy Negative Dublin, Dublin
My experience started with the recruiter reaching out via LinkedIn for an Account Executive conversation. Even before I got into the details, it felt off—there was a strong sense the profile wasn’t going to fit. The call became more of a confrontation about what was missing, like KPIs and pipeline not being in my CV, and I also got pushed back on whether I’d worked with end clients even though my background clearly included that. The whole thing made me question why the call was happening at all, and the interaction felt wasted from the beginning.
The later interviews didn’t improve the feeling. Across the process, the questioning felt routine and checklist-like, with little room to actually explore what I cared about, how I thought about the product, or why I wanted to join. One hiring manager conversation in particular felt rushed and transactional—mostly rapid-fire questions, not a real dialogue. When I was challenged with feedback that I hadn’t shown interest, it was hard to reconcile that with the structure of the interviews themselves.
