The first thing that struck me about my interviews was the panel setup with a presentation running alongside it. I had a session with multiple team members and the conversation stayed mostly technical, with additional discussion that leaned into project management and how systems work in manufacturing settings. The topics that came up were the kind of thing you’d expect from reliability-focused work—welding, cycle time improvement, and reliability engineering.
What made the day feel a bit heavy was the combined pace of the panel plus presentation. It felt like a lot to manage at once, and I noticed I wanted more flexibility to prepare and perform without feeling rushed by the format. Even so, the questions stayed grounded in technical systems and my experience.

The process started with a recruiter call where it was mostly broad questions—why I was looking for a new role and why I wanted to work there. After that, the next step felt more structured and technical. I ended up with an online assessment, and then I had a couple of additional technical rounds right after that.
One technical part that stood out to me was a live coding session. I had to work through a practical coding task where I cleaned up code and made it more correct/consistent, and I also got a more standard LeetCode-style question. Overall, it felt like they moved quickly from general screening into actual coding work, and I was left with the impression that success depended on being comfortable turning messy or incomplete code into something solid under time pressure.
