My interview process was basically an onsite exam only. I got invited to it via a call, and then I showed up just to take the test—there weren’t any separate face-to-face interviews.
The exam took me around two hours. Most of what I saw was QA-style multiple choice questions, plus coding and SQL work done on paper. It was a very direct format: if you could perform on the written components, that was the whole story.

Average Positive Brno
I went through a pretty compact interview day. It started with a recruiter round, then I met a couple of technical interviewers right after. Everyone was genuinely friendly, and the vibe felt relaxed rather than formal. They even brought me water and coffee, which made the whole thing feel less tense.
At the end, they walked me around the office and wrapped up with a goodbye. The experience itself felt straightforward and positive, more like a conversation and fit check than anything that dragged out for days.

Interview Structure & Timeline
The interview process typically follows a structured sequence starting with an HR screening, followed by technical interviews, and often concluding with a final discussion with a director or manager. The overall timeline can vary, with some candidates experiencing a quick progression while others face longer waits between stages.
Candidates can expect a significant emphasis on technical assessments, including written exams and coding tasks that cover algorithms, SQL, and general QA principles. The technical rounds often involve practical scenarios to evaluate problem-solving and coding skills.
