My process was two rounds. The first was an in-person conversation with a solutions architect, and the second was a virtual round with the US team.
In the architect round, they walked through my background and the approaches I’d listed on my resume. The questions covered SOLID principles, how I handle async code, and what I’d do with multi-threading and concurrency. They also asked me to show how I would refactor a class, and we went into design patterns—what they are and how I would actually implement them. Then there was a simple whiteboard-style coding prompt based on basic data structures like strings, arrays, or a hashmap, where the goal was straightforward problem solving rather than anything overly complex.

Average Positive Bangalore Rural
After a recruiter phone screen, I had a face-to-face technical interview where the conversation stayed pretty anchored to my resume. They asked about maintainable code, including SOLID principles and a few design-pattern questions, and I also got an easy string-based coding problem plus some SQL-related questions.
A couple days later I moved to a virtual round with a US panel. That one leaned heavily into scenarios: authorization handling in a real project, how I would respond to specific real-time situations, and compatibility questions like how a .NET 8 service could be consumed by a .NET 5 client without forcing an upgrade. They also asked about logging when multiple tasks are running concurrently, along with a handful of behavioral questions. I felt reasonably comfortable through most of it, but I wasn’t confident about the concurrency logging question, and that seemed to swing the panel’s impression.
