After a recruiter phone screen, I moved into a virtual hiring manager interview that lasted about 30 minutes. A short time later, I was pulled into a panel format where I talked with five people across four back-to-back meetings. The overall process stretched to roughly four weeks from my first contact to the final interview, and everything felt structured and fairly fast once it got going.
I didn’t end up getting an offer. There was a sense that the process could have continued with one more round, but I wasn’t selected after the final set of conversations. My main takeaway was that the bar seemed clear by the end—sharp, high-touch evaluation—just not in a way that translated into an outcome for me.

After a recruiter call, I moved into a video interview with the hiring manager, then into a video session with the team where the hiring manager directed the conversation across four people. There was also another video call with the recruiter afterward. Once I reached the debrief stage, the next parts shifted into more hiring-focused evaluations: I had another video call with someone from HR, followed by another video call with the hiring manager.
Altogether it took about four months from application to a close. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the process felt organized in how it moved from group conversations to HR debriefing, and the pace suggested they were investing real time in evaluating me.
