Netflix’s process felt very challenging and oddly unpredictable. I went through multiple technical conversations where the interviewers drilled down on my knowledge in almost every round, so it wasn’t enough to just give a surface-level answer—I had to defend details and expand as they pushed.

What stood out was how tough the interviewers were, especially on the technical side. Recruitment communication also felt spotty during my timeline, and I learned that it wasn’t simply “perform well, get an offer.” Even after doing well enough on-site, the decision didn’t go my way, and it felt like team matching wasn’t really a meaningful step where you could see a clear path.
