Easy Positive Iaşi

I went through a pretty straightforward HR-to-technical flow. First there was an HR session that lasted about half an hour, and then the call moved into a technical discussion for roughly an hour.

The technical part felt focused on fundamentals and practical testing thinking. I was asked about general testing concepts, and there was also a programming component where I had to write or understand simple Java functions. The conversation covered boundary testing (testing the edges of inputs), unit testing (isolating individual units), and integration testing (how modules work together). I also talked through positive and negative testing—how you validate expected behavior and handle invalid inputs.

Average Positive Haifa

I interviewed for an outsource arrangement, and the sequence reflected that. My first two interviews were handled by the outsourcing side, then the third interview was with the client-side company I would be working at.

The first round was an HR “get to know” call, kept fairly basic and meant to establish context. After that, there was a technical interview by phone where the questions stayed on fundamentals—concepts and general ideas, nothing overly niche. The third round was the more problem-solving oriented one, done face-to-face, with tasks that required me to think through solutions rather than just describe knowledge.
