My process felt genuinely positive and well communicated end to end. After the recruiter conversation, the technical discussion came a bit later and the interviewer made the experience feel challenging without being harsh. The technical part pushed me, but the interviewer stayed kind, asked questions grounded in real experience, and explained how the answers would matter later in the work.
The HR communication was also noticeably strong—clear and responsive, with none of the awkward gaps that can happen during hiring. Even though the technical interview was a bit tough, the overall feel was constructive rather than stressful.

Average Neutral India
After a smooth start, I went through a sequence that felt pretty standard for a Software Engineer hire: aptitude, a coding round, then a managerial round, and finally an HR round. The technical questions were very algorithmic and practical at the same time. I remember working through things like reversing a string without using built-in methods, checking whether a value was a palindrome, finding duplicate elements, getting the second largest element, generating Fibonacci, and removing duplicates from an array.
What made this journey feel manageable was that the interviewer stayed supportive and let the conversation stay professional while the questions tested actual problem-solving. In a similar flow, I also had a basic coding + tech stage and then a client-involved discussion that combined both coding and technical topics back-to-back. After that, there was a step where I needed to submit documents by mail, and then scheduling moved to the HR conversation and offer.
