My interview experience felt unusually light. Instead of live back-and-forth, it was essentially an AI interview where I recorded answers to the questions they provided and submitted them afterward. The whole thing took around an hour, and even though I was answering on a schedule, it didn’t feel tense like a traditional call.

I remember getting the impression that the process was designed to be comfortable and convenient—more about what I could demonstrate than how I looked or performed in a studio-like setting. The questions themselves were clear enough that I could focus on my actual skills and not just guess what they wanted. I also liked that the free training and scholarship element was part of the picture, since it meant the process had more value than just the interview.

Difficult Positive London, England

At first, I struggled because I didn’t know much about this whole process and I didn’t have much context. Once I got into it, though, everything felt smooth—there were step-by-step guidelines, and even though I was nervous at the beginning, the HR system and the way they handled the flow made me feel more confident as I went.

The interview itself had a calm, effective rhythm. There were useful tips and videos sent beforehand, which helped settle my nerves and made the actual recording or answering portion feel less intimidating. I also noticed that ample time was given for each question, so I could think through my response before moving forward instead of rushing.
