At Nanonets, the Customer Success Engineer is a highly technical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product management, and customer success. Nanonets builds advanced, AI-driven Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR solutions that automate manual data entry workflows for businesses globally. As a Customer Success Engineer, your primary mission is to ensure that enterprise customers can seamlessly integrate Nanonets' APIs and machine learning models into their core business applications, realizing immediate and compounding value.
This role is critical to the scale and growth of Nanonets. You will not simply manage relationships; you will build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex data pipelines. You will be responsible for helping customers design automated workflows, configure custom AI models, and debug API integrations. When a customer wants to process thousands of invoices, financial statements, or ID cards with high accuracy, you are the engineer who translates their business requirements into a robust technical implementation.
