Difficult Positive Bengaluru

My process was very frontend-heavy, and the questions went deep enough that it felt like they were less interested in “which library” and more interested in how the system behaves under the hood. I started with an assessment that included coding plus React-focused MCQs, and then I moved into technical rounds.

In the technical discussions, I got asked a lot of server-side and behind-the-scenes questions: how an app works end to end, how JavaScript works internally, and everything from scratch rather than just quick trivia. There were also repeated React topics—optimizing with memoization patterns, custom hooks, forward refs, and the tradeoffs between related hooks. I even ran into very specific usage questions around state management, like when something like a redux slice or a React reselect pattern is appropriate, and how to think about accessibility needs and user-facing performance metrics.
