Average Negative London, England

My journey started with an online assessment right after I applied. Once I passed that, I was invited to a live Zoom interview, and then I ended up at an assessment center. The assessment center was the big time investment: it included a presentation, a structured interview, some networking-style interaction, a situational judgment component, and a group exercise.

Across the earlier round and the Zoom conversation, the questions felt moderately challenging and not overly deep on technical knowledge. I remember the overall flow being fairly “standard workday” in structure—apply, test, interview, then the full AC day where I had to demonstrate more than just answers.

Easy Positive New York, NY

My process felt pretty quick and surprisingly warm. It started with a short HR screening, and then I moved straight into interviews with senior people. In my case it was a 30-minute conversation with two VPs where the focus leaned behavioral, plus a lot of discussion about the kinds of problems they needed help with. The vibe was friendly and more collaborative than intimidating.

After that, I had another set of interview conversations that stayed pretty straightforward—mostly fit and experience, with enough “talk through your background” to feel like a normal dialogue. The final step came soon after, and I ended up hearing back fast and getting an offer. What stood out most was how little time everything seemed to take once HR had my details; even the scheduling felt efficient.
