After a recruiter-style communication, I got pulled into an assessment-heavy path. The first step was an online test that mixed coding, logic, and aptitude, and once I cleared that, I was invited to a technical round.
In the technical interview, the focus landed on data structures and algorithms, with lots of attention on problem-solving. The conversation also covered object-oriented programming concepts and basic software development knowledge, and I remember being pushed to think through approaches rather than just producing an answer. The overall vibe felt like a serious technical check, but not chaotic—just direct and practical.

Easy Positive Canada
I started with what felt like a straightforward recruiter-style conversation. It was mainly about getting to know me and checking my interest in the job—there were questions about my background, my answers to how the role fit, and general discussion about how the work and process worked there.
I didn’t run into any technical testing at this stage. The questions stayed fairly conversational, with a few simple behavioral prompts mixed in. Overall, it felt easy and low-pressure, more like alignment than assessment.
