The process I went through was short and didn’t feel overly technical. It started with a quick call to discuss the role, followed by an online exam that was described as fairly easy. After I completed that, I got called for another interview and was ultimately offered a position.

In another similar flow I experienced, the structure was also compact: there was an initial online application, a screening stage that included an aptitude test and a coding challenge, and then a final recruiter interview. The training offer depended on availability, which made the end feel a little conditional even when the earlier steps went well.
