Difficult Positive Budapest

I went through a much more intense, multi-stage process than I expected. First I had an HR chat, then an online assessment that mixed math and probability with a basic coding test. After that, I moved into a very technical interview with team members where the questions ranged across derivatives, pricing, statistics, and machine learning, and it ran for about an hour.

What really raised the bar was the home assignment. I was given an extensive task with a 72-hour deadline, and it took up most of my time to solve. Afterward, the final stage was a presentation of the assignment, which came across as the culmination of everything they’d been checking.
