The process started with an online screening on HireVue. I answered questions about myself and what I was interested in, then moved into a more in-depth interview with two analysts. That part went beyond surface-level background and dug into the job and industry, including whether I was realistically open to relocating and how I saw my future in the role.
Across the later rounds, the interviews blended technical and non-technical areas. I was asked about both finance/informatics fundamentals and the reasoning behind how I’d think about work day to day. A senior member joined in for at least part of the flow and added questions too, which made it feel more like an evaluation of depth and communication than a quick chat.

Average Positive Makati City
My interview path began with an exam. Once I passed it, I had a quick HR check that mainly handled logistics and set up the first team interview. From there, the process moved slowly, and every step seemed to take at least a week before the next one started.
I was told there would be a second, final team interview if I cleared the first team stage. That expectation made the waiting feel a bit more serious, since there was a clear “pass this, then proceed” gate.
