My process started with an HR interview, then I received a technical assessment delivered over email. After that, I had two technical interviews that were both with senior people, including a team manager and a team executive director. Both interviews were conducted with interviewers located in the Mumbai office, which made the whole experience feel more “remote but structured.”
The technical part was more difficult than I expected overall, and it didn’t feel like it was just checking general knowledge. I had to keep my answers tight and relevant because the questions came from that deeper technical territory tied to the team’s work.

After an HR step, I had technical rounds where the questions were very DSA-and-systems oriented: typical coding prompts, plus fundamentals across operating systems and database concepts. I also got asked about object-oriented programming, and at least one round included query writing.
The last parts of the technical focus were more detailed than I expected for an Analyst role—topics like DBMS relationships and scalability came up, and I was tested on lower-level OS ideas such as synchronization primitives. One of the rounds also felt like it targeted logic and critical thinking more than “memorization,” with a blend of technical and behavioral questions.
