I ended up going through three rounds in total: first was hands-on coding with backend-focused questions and general technology knowledge, and the tone felt friendly and straightforward. The next round drilled into data storage topics, where I was questioned on MongoDB.
Then I had a follow-up technical discussion with a senior manager before finishing with HR. The questions weren’t designed to trick me; they felt focused on how I thought and how I worked through problems. Overall, the process felt organized and positive, and the company’s package looked appealing as well—even though I didn’t end up receiving an offer.

I answered most of the questions confidently and the discussion felt like it went well. But the result didn’t match that experience—communication lagged heavily, and the final feedback came after nearly three weeks. Even after I kept following up for about two weeks, HR told me they still hadn’t received input from the interview panel.
