Easy Neutral India

I started with an early communication-focused step, and after that I moved into an HR discussion. The whole process felt straightforward and I never got the sense it was trying to trick me—communication quality was what kept pulling the momentum forward. The technical portion (when it came) stayed mostly tied to networking basics: I was asked things like OSI-layer understanding, how packet flow works, and troubleshooting-style questions around networking.

Depending on the day, the format around communication varied—sometimes it was more like fluency and clarity checks, and sometimes it felt stricter on how I spoke, including pronunciation and accent. I also had to handle HR questions that sounded very operational: salary expectations, shift timings, and details about joining. Overall, the difficulty matched the same theme: nothing felt like deep research, but confidence and clear explanations mattered a lot.

Average Positive Erode

My communication round started with an intro, and I felt like I could bring my whole background into it. I talked through my AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and a project built with AWS services, then linked that experience back to how I learned discipline and teamwork. The interviewer seemed to like the way I explained things clearly.

After that, the technical part focused intensely on networking fundamentals, moving question by question. I began with TCP versus UDP, then walked through routing table logic and how routers use it to decide paths. NAT and its types came next, and I was expected to describe how static, dynamic, and PAT work with examples. The conversation then covered DHCP’s Discover/Offer/Request/Acknowledge flow, and it continued into DNS and SMTP basics—how names map to IPs and how email delivery works. I also had to recall a few common ports and discuss socket/port number knowledge.
