After a recruiter-style call, I moved into a multi-round process that felt pretty standard for a software role: there was a general conversation first, followed by more technical discussion with engineers, and it often wrapped with another management touch. The formats varied a bit, but the shape of it stayed the same—an initial screen to talk through my background and why I wanted the job, then technical questions where they probed my way of thinking.

On the technical side, I got a mix of coding/problem solving and fundamentals. I remember doing web-portal style programming cases under time constraints, plus an on-site technical session that lasted about an hour with soft-skill elements mixed in. Other times it was more about core CS concepts—parallel programming and threads, basic design patterns like singleton, and questions around SQL like extracting data from tables with different conditions. I also ran into language-specific questions and troubleshooting scenarios, including Java inheritance topics and some algorithm-style tasks like reversing strings, finding a maximal subarray sum, and data-structure design under constraints.
