My process started with an HR call where the recruiter walked me through the role and responsibilities. We talked about my background and what genuinely interested me about the company, and it felt pretty relaxed and straightforward. The recruiter also made it clear that they’d check with the hiring manager after our conversation and that I’d hear back in about 1–2 weeks.

After that HR screen, I just waited. There wasn’t any extra technical work mentioned after the call, and I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stuck with me most was how dependent the next step was on whether the hiring manager wanted to move forward, and how much time passed before anything concrete happened.

After an HR screen, I had a short technical journey that mostly revolved around coding. The process was only two rounds long: a screening call followed by a LeetCode-style coding interview.

At the coding stage, I was given three questions at an easy-to-medium level. I also remember getting pulled into role-specific technical discussion—calibration came up, and I had to demonstrate that I understood the idea behind calibrating sensors, not just the mechanics of solving problems.
