After I applied, the process started with an online assessment and then a HireVue. The video questions were mostly behavioral and situational, and the format felt pretty straightforward—there were sample questions available to practice with, and I had a limited number of attempts per question with enough time to structure my answers.
If I got through that, I moved into a phone interview with the usual mix of CV and motivation prompts. I remember being asked to walk through my background, including why the firm, and a few situational questions about how I’d handle uncertainty when I didn’t get clear guidance. On top of that, valuation came up early too: I was asked about different valuation methods and had to rank them, and I also got a prompt framed as thinking through how a “coffee shop” might operate day to day.
