Difficult Positive United States

My process started with more application-stage steps than I expected. I remember beginning with my CV and cover letter, then getting pulled into an online assessment that used a chatbot format. After that, I had a longer HireVue with a fairly large set of questions, and it was focused on getting a clear picture of my finance thinking and communication style. The video interview was followed by additional interview rounds before the superday, and I was told that everyone I knew who applied reached the first stage.

Once I passed that first layer, I had a phone call with someone senior—a Vice President level conversation in my case. The call was focused on my resume and how I explained my background, with behavioural and fit-style questions mixed in alongside more direct prompts. Later, the final interviews culminated in a superday with three Zoom rounds: one technical, one behavioural, and one centred on fit.

Average Positive United States

My interview journey was pretty specific in structure. I started with a case-study style round focused on a selected industry, then moved into an HR call, and later had a long interview that involved discussing my past internship experience. The round with senior leadership emphasized how I’d thought through previous work and the way I explained what I did.

In a separate phone-based stage, I also encountered a similar “one behavioral plus technical” format, and that technical portion ended up being tougher than it sounded on paper. Even though the interviewer was friendly, the technical questions pushed me more than I expected, and it changed my mood going into the next parts.
