After a short aptitude appointment, I moved into two PI rounds. The first was with managers, and the second brought me together with the CEO and HR. Everything felt relatively light compared to other processes I’d heard about—more focused on basic knowledge and whether I could explain myself confidently.
It was straightforward enough that I didn’t feel like I needed to overthink the format. I talked through my background, and the questions stayed grounded rather than getting overly technical. Overall, the experience felt easy and more about fit than pressure-heavy testing, and I didn’t end up getting an offer.

Average Neutral London, England
My journey began with an Excel test. I got through it and then moved into the first interview, which felt much more like a conversation than a strict Q&A. We talked about my experience and I walked through why I was interested in the company and why I wanted to make a move.
There was also a separate call scheduled the following week, and I remember the interviewer reading from a script and not seeming to have much real knowledge of the topic. The interview itself still centered on fit and my background, but that lack of depth in how it was run made the overall experience feel slightly off. The process didn’t end with an offer.
