Easy Neutral Tel Aviv-Yafo

My process started with a recruiter call where the HR representative was very constrained on timing and kept offering narrow time slots because she was extremely busy. We went through my background and, specifically, my experience selling into the Israeli market, including the types of clients I’d worked with and what my sales process looked like day to day. I tried to be flexible and fit her schedule, even when the communication felt off—one attempt to connect happened very late via WhatsApp, and on another occasion she messaged right before the meeting to say she was sick.

After that call, the process stalled. I didn’t get any clear follow-up or update on where I stood, and it honestly felt disappointing given how much time I spent coordinating around the schedule. There was also a sense that the outcome might have been decided already, since the response came quickly in a negative direction. Overall, the lack of consistent communication and the last-minute changes made the whole thing feel procedural rather than genuinely evaluative.

Easy Negative Sydney

From the start, the vibe felt wrong. On my first phone call, the HR representative barely seemed engaged and came across like she was just checking boxes off a list. When I tried to get clarity, it felt like she didn’t really know what the role needed day-to-day, and it left me uneasy about how seriously they were listening.

That theme showed up again in how the conversation was run. I had another call with a different senior contact who didn’t seem to bring real context about the team or what success in the role looked like; instead it turned into a rushed run of generic behavioral questions with no warm-up. Separately, I also went through an interview that felt disorganized from a basic standpoint—there were persistent technical issues with the camera, the call started late without acknowledgment, and the interviewer set the tone with rigid prompts like “tell me about your career in 30 seconds.” Questions felt more like a filter than a dialogue, and there was at least one moment that landed as dismissive rather than constructive.
