Easy Positive Italy

I had a first phone screening that was mostly about my background and interest in the opportunity. It felt general and conversational rather than technical, and then there was a second phone call with an onsite HR manager.

Timing-wise, I received feedback within about a couple of weeks, which made the process feel reasonably organized. Even when things didn’t progress on my side, the initial contact still felt clear: I got reached out on LinkedIn, shared a phone contact, and after a call they explained the structure of their academy software engineer program. I ended up not being interested after hearing the details.

Average Positive France

The first step was a tech-oriented screening flow that started with a phone call to discuss my background and then moved quickly into assessments. After that initial conversation, there was an online technical test with a strict time limit, which honestly added stress because it felt like I had to perform under pressure rather than just think.

In the next stage, I had a second interaction after the assessments, and the communication with the HR side was actually smooth and informative. The technical test approach also showed up in another part of my process: I was given two assessments by IBM, and if my scores came back favorably, I would continue.
