À chaque étape, les interlocuteurs ont gardé un ton bienveillant et respectueux, et j’ai eu le sentiment qu’ils valorisaient l’authenticité plutôt que des réponses “parfaites”. Le case study, lui, m’a demandé de prendre de la hauteur et de tenir un fil logique, pas seulement de répondre à des questions techniques isolées. J’avais l’impression que le but était d’observer mon raisonnement et ma capacité à structurer.

After that initial step, I had multiple video conversations with managers, and each stage came with feedback so I always knew where I stood.
What surprised me was how practical the interview flow felt. In the later rounds, I went through a case element and then multiple back-to-back conversations that followed a consistent style where STAR-shaped answers were common. In one of the earlier stages, there was also a role-play component tied to the business context, which gave me a chance to show product knowledge and how I’d think in a real customer-like scenario rather than just talking abstractly.
