Average Negative Bhubaneshwar

My experience was honestly pretty rough from start to finish. I felt like the interview process itself wasn’t well run, and the bigger mismatch was the way they described their technology stack—everything sounded outdated and not aligned with how things have moved in modern development.

The management side also left a bad impression. There was very little appreciation for the time and effort I put in, and it didn’t feel like the interviewers or the process genuinely reflected the current state of engineering work.

Average Positive Bhubaneshwar

After a resume screen, I got an HR call and then moved into the interview loop that felt pretty straightforward. The first technical round was a coding session where I solved five questions in about two hours, ranging from very easy to medium. Once I cleared that, a technical interview followed with the team lead, and that conversation leaned heavily on fundamentals like SQL and normalization, with some questions about my projects and the technologies I was comfortable with.

The next step was an HR round that covered the usual fit questions—why I wanted to join, and whether I had other offers in hand. Across the whole process, the difficulty stayed mostly easy to medium, and it felt organized and not overly hostile. I ended up getting the offer, and honestly the best part was that the questions matched what I expected to be evaluated on.
